Traveling by Car

Living in Arjan Dubailand, you can reach the world's largest Dubai Mall in 22 minutes. While, the DXB international airport is a matter of 27 minutes only, making you reach on time. You can access any corner of the city, in and around without having to worry or have second thoughts. One advantage of living in Arjan is the abundance of parking spaces available throughout the community. So, if you have your vehicle, you won't encounter any issues finding a parking spot.

Road Connectivity

Living in Arjan offers a tranquil and peaceful environment, but it's important to note that the community's public transportation options are somewhat limited. Currently, there is no metro connection within the community, and public transportation within the area may be limited as well. As a result, it is highly recommended that residents have their vehicles to easily access amenities and explore the surrounding areas. 

To make the most of your experience in Arjan and to conveniently move around the vicinity and beyond, having your vehicle is the best option for now. This allows you to maintain flexibility in your daily commute and ensures easy access to nearby attractions, facilities, and services. While, residents also have the option of buses to catch, within the community. 

Transport Options

Boasting a strategic location, Arjan is bordered by Al Barsha South to the north and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road to the south. Of course, one can say that the road network here is fully developed. The community is well connected to the rest part of the city through a major road network that includes Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The plan for the Dubai metro line extension allows connecting the area with the red line, Expo 2020 site! There's bus F36 that takes you to Damac Westside, Damac Northside, and Geepas Towers 1 & 2.
