Dubai Marina Becomes Home to World’s Tallest Residential Tower

Adorned with the prestigious Franck Muller clock, the London Gate project, a joint venture between the renowned UAE real estate developer London Gate and Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Franck Muller, is scheduled for handover in Q2 2027.

Situated in Dubai Marina, this iconic masterpiece, known as Franck Muller Aeternitas, stands proudly at a towering height of 450 meters, spanning 106 floors. The unveiling event marked the introduction of the world’s tallest branded residential clocktower, symbolizing a new milestone in luxury living.

London Gate's commitment to delivering top-notch residential developments in Dubai is exemplified by this project, which is projected to surpass an estimated sales value of $545 million (AED 2 billion). The tower promises unparalleled craftsmanship and innovative design, aiming to redefine the city's skyline and establish a lasting legacy.

The launch event unveiled a collection of premium apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, along with duplexes, Sky Mansions, and Sky Villas spread across the tower's 106 floors of luxury. The pricing of the apartments, at around Dh1,800 per square foot, exceeds the average price of Dh1,653 per square foot.
